We started STE with one belief.

After a decade running the numbers for big hospitality groups, our founders Mark Moore and Craig Hughes kept seeing the same thing. Business owners spent more time keeping the books in order than looking forward and making changes to improve performance. So in 2020, STE Financial was born to fix that.
The numbers side
STE Financial handles your accounting, tax, BAS and payroll. But we don't just keep score. We help you understand what the numbers are telling you, plan ahead, and make confident calls for your business.

The lending side
STE Lending is where the second half of the magic happens. We're loan brokers, so instead of one bank's products, you get the whole market. Home loans, investment loans, refinancing, construction, self-employed lending, the lot.
Here's our edge. Mark is a Accountant and a mortgage broker. That combination is rare. It means self-employed clients finally get someone who reads a tax return properly and knows how to present your real borrowing power to lenders.
